8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to immediately block, suspend, or delete your account without prior notice if you engage in abuse of the platform. Abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Systematic harassment or targeting of other users
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit platform features
• Uploading malicious content or code

We take abuse seriously to protect our community. Decisions regarding account suspension or termination are final and at our sole discretion.

9. Fair Use Policy

Stills Only is intended for personal, non-commercial use by photographers. We expect fair use of our platform and resources. This includes:

• Using the platform primarily for sharing your own photography
• Not using automated tools to mass-upload or mass-download content
• Not using excessive bandwidth or storage beyond reasonable personal use
• Respecting the community and its purpose as a photography platform

We monitor for patterns that indicate unfair use and may take action to preserve the platform for its intended purpose.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

• That defects will be corrected
• The accuracy or reliability of content posted by users

12. Limitation of Liability

Stills Only and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

The Stills Only name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by Stills Only. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
